Details such as your name, telephone numbers and email address are taken when making an appointment and so that we may contact you if necessary.

We hold information on our system about upcoming bookings, appointment history, details of services for our records, copies of invoices and business accounting reports. We do not retain sensitive payment details on our system.

We need basic details from you; such as, name, contact telephone numbers and email address

to make and save your booking on our booking system
for an automated messaging service for confirmed & upcoming appointments
to change or cancel appointments & post appointment messaging

Where we store your personal data

The personal data that we hold is stored on our Fresha booking and accounting system, this information is our responsibility and we do not share it with third parties for any reason. All our data is securely stored in Fresha’s backed up encrypted cloud database. This system uses SSL security, the databases are encrypted and the hardware has top of the range firewalls so it’s secure and stable. When you submit data through a form such as the contact form, cookies may be set to remember your user details for future correspondence. By using our website you accept the use of cookies in accordance with this policy. Any data collected from cookies used on the site are for statistical purposes only and do not contain information on an individual.

This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and dose not identify any individual. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers.
