Natural eating practices

We will be choosing a nourishing and balanced eating plan that supplies the body with all the nutrients it needs, free from harmful substances and focus on optimising digestion, absorption of nutrients and supporting detoxification.

I will be encouraging you to stay hydrated and include some form of physical exercise in your daily life, that will become natural to you, do-able, and enjoyable too!

You will feel fuller for longer and not cave in to sugary, carb-heavy and processed snacks. Most importantly, you will not feel deprived and starving!

About Me

Following an international career as Spa manager and collaborating with hotel chefs to provide healthy menus and fitness schedules for health-conscious travellers, I more recently I qualified with an Advanced Certified Nutrition Diploma, level 5 from Diet Specialist.

I am currently undertaking a 3-year diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).

I have a strong affinity for rural life, natural, locally produced food and sustainable farming practices. My view is that our bodies are incredible machines, designed to deal with natural foods and lifestyle, not chemical ones. This view has been shaped by my experiences and education and is a strong influence in the way choose to live my own life and positively impact others.

I focus on accessing your root causes of weight gain. Finding out what will work for you individually, addressing you as the whole person, physically and mentally. With education, I will empower you to take charge of your health and be in control of your eating!

Your weight is influenced by so many factors. Dietary and lifestyle choices are often undertaken without being given due thought or time and can be rooted by past experiences and clever marketing!

I will help you identify and overcome poor decisions and enable you to transform your body. Everything I recommend is based on the beliefs and proof from scientific studies of ‘Food as Medicine’.
